Shaun Murphy is a nationally recognized trial lawyer whose practice is focused on serious injury cases, complex civil litigation, and plaintiff-side trial work that requires both strategic sophistication and courtroom skill. Some of his notable trial results include a $6,753,600 verdict in Behr v. Redmond in Riverside, a $4,500,000 verdict in Roger v. County of Riverside in a defamation case, a $2,580,000 verdict in Moegling v. Brown in Tacoma, and substantial verdicts in Los Angeles, Dallas, and Houston. He has also secured major settlements, including multiple seven-figure confidential resolutions and a $1,000,000 recovery in Cielak v. Lima Taekwondo Academy. 

Shaun’s work has also produced published appellate decisions in California, Texas, and the Ninth Circuit, demonstrating the depth and legal significance of his practice. His cases include Behr v.
